Rings of chastity and purity rings, both mean that the person wears the ring is to remain a virgin or abstine practice (if already sexually active) until marriage. A promise ring is essentially an engagement ring, promising that at some point, there is a real commitment will be.
Chasity promise rings are usually between a bride and groom, waiting until marriage for intimacy. A purity ring is a daughter usually the parents when the daughter of a promise kept "pure" for marriage. A promise ring is a pre-engagement ring. A promise ring is married.

No difference. They are everywhere, all fit on the finger, and they are all useless. A commitment to chastity is made in your head and heart, not the finger. The last girl I knew, was wearing a chastity ring was pregnant, so that all the good it did!
