My dog (the 11 months) wakes up in the middle of the night, sometimes gags for several minutes, then throw a little cash. It's not really vomit. Nausea sounds like the deep in the chest near a belching noise. It comes every week. He did it last night, but nothing outside of their kibble ate yesterday, and a reward of cheese. What could be the problem? (He is a terrier / collie or retriever mix, 40 lbs.)
